Can somebody confirm?

Again played around with the gyro. When I plug in the green wire on ch5 the LED glows greenish unless I choose a negative value for the gain. At around -5% the LED switches to red.

So the color of the LED doesn't show the CRU/HOV status with the green wire connected but the state of positive/negative values of the gain.

Could somebody please test this?

To use these you'll have to boil the t-pieces to make them more flexible. Makes it easier to push the sticks through the holes.
Thanks for link and information.

The channel plugged in with the green wire does two things, easiest explained with a 2-way switch:

- one side of the switch selects / sets CRU mode
- other side of the switch selects / sets HOV mode

On both sides of the switch the EPA sets the gain for the respective mode.
Sample:
- upper side of switch = CRU mode, EPA on that side is set to 50 %, so gain for CRU mode is set to say 50
- lower side of switch = HOV mode, EPA on that side is set to 80 % so gain for HOV mode is set to say 80

In other words on both sides the gain is set by "distance to mid-point", while the switch position selects the mode

This is also the reason that only a SWITCH works, anything like a slider / proportional is completeley useless for this functionality

Hey guys,
I'm from San Clemente, CA and am interested in shooting aerial video of surfers. I have already gotten together with a RC plane company and have planned a shoot with some of surfing's hottest up-and-comers for WEDNESDAY, JULY 14TH. It'd really be great if someone with a RC helicopter wanted to join in. I have camera gear we could use to shoot the video but would like to get involved with someone experienced on the flying side. Surfing makes for some great footage and it'd be great to work together on creating something special. Please send me an email at matthewjbarge@gmail.com or check my website at http://bossmp.com. Thanks guys
Matt

Ah ok. Thx, Sam!
So I need to set the gain on the TX (EPA on ch5) to -30% to get a gain value of 30 in cruise mode. The manual should say that on page 12.

Hi to everybody, I have a small difficulty:

My TX is a Graupner MX12, and I doesn't know the procedure to bring the throttle to 75%!

It is the Throttle Cut?. From basic formulation mine is to -112, exactly at the base of the staircase of indication.

Thanks

No, it's called "travel adjustment" (usually EPA "end point adjustment" on other TX)

Oh Boys!

I dont have Throttle in Dual Rate and Exponential.

So, i have find "Travel Adjust" for Throttle in another setting page, and i have insert this values:

Hight: 75%
Low: 100%

It's correct?

I'm very very ignorant!

I don't have Graupner TX, but page 20 of English manual (link) describes setting Travel Adjustment. You need to adjust the THRO channel. Hope this helps
