For the lanfing gear: I think it's not a bad idea because you can try the command before flying and eventualy make the corrections ( if you have an inversion for example)

What's good in this product:
-you fly directly in X mode instead of + mode (I think it's easier to see the front in X mode)
-conception that allows some crashs (if the part that poped out are not broken of course)
-GPS alrady in the pipe
-camera mounting already available ?

the cons:
bad look : it's seems like a toy
the brushless sounds not very powerfull (compare to a QC450, the QC450 seems more reactive and it have 3 mode of flying, beginner, user and sport)

will the GPS addon enable features like waypoint sequencer, Rerturn to home, altitud and position hold, and so on?


will be a version without ESC and motors? just to see if it worth better buy them at cheap stores, as i find quite high the price,

If someone makes a decent underslung cam mount for this thing, while remaining stable (which it appears from the video), and it gets GPS with at least position hold and come home, they will sell a lot of them.

so if you are planing to use this for UAV, looks poor time,
3 minuts to go,
3 minuts to come back,

in 3 minuts you can't go very far...

500 grams sounds like a lot to carry on this small quad. Maybe that was just a stress test? They also use a battery half the size of what most of the other quads are using.

GPS and a micro camera should be less than 500grams?

I didn't realize it was so light and small. If it can pick up almost twice it's weight for 6 minutes. That sounds pretty good.

I think we have a new categorie of quad and thats a good thing.

As I don't have 269€ to test the gaui I can't make a perfect comparison but I'm sure someone will do it


For the GPS things , I think it will be difficult to make waypoint if you don't have a PC interface no ?
