RC Heavy Equipment - For your barge.

I know some of you barge builders add cranes and other heavy equipment to their decks to make them look more realistic. Here is a 1/50 scale item that is fully RC!

I love Kyosho stuff they build some really nice R/C equips

My first ever R/C anything was the Kyosho Optima/Javelin way back in the day. I still have it and it still runs great.

Kmot,

For my next project I was thinking about building a Crane Barge to go with my Shelley Foss I just got done building. I purchased a 1:12 scale Crawler Crane by Hobby Eng. in 2008 with the intention to use it for a crane barge.
I am considering building a barge with the scale of 1:30, because that is the scale of my Shelley Foss. The actual dimension of the barge I have considered is approx. 140' X 70' x 12.5'.
Would I be correct with my calculations with a scale dimension of 56" x 28" x 5"?

If you push Preorder, then it ends up in your shopping cart...
Can't say what happens after that.

The 1/24 scale Loader and dump truck are discontinued...
