The "ultimate" park flyer? Ultrafly Ultimate. Waiting for the weather to improve. Stay tuned . . . .
07.05.2010 Yes- this a great park flyer!
04.07.2010 After an unfortunate attempt at acrobatics, I put the poor thing nose first into the ground! I fixed it, and then yesterday took it out again - and it flew like a dog! I got her low and had a slow semi controlled crash. Once the damage was repaired, I went really carefully through the set up and fine tuned everything a little- and today success- she flew like a dream. Until I caught a low lying branch on approach and removed the top wing. . .
But all fixed up and ready to go again!

Are there any flying characteristics that one should be aware of? Also I am up to the point of installing pushrods for the vertical and horizontal stabilizer do you have any tips the instructions are very scarce on this point.
I noticed also you are using a 9x6 prop what size battery are you using. I am planning on using a Grayson Hobby 2212 motor with either a 1300 or 1500 mah battery. So far I am getting over 160 watts. Is that too much?
