Because the kV is quite low, a 40A ESC should be good.
Since you are already ordering from HK you may consider getting a TGY 60A Plush ESC, if it is in stock, and not worry if you have enough or not.

These have proven to very reliable.

The plane should balance with or without a pack for the AV equipment.
If you follow Daemon's guidelines for setting your CG there will be no problem with being tail-heavy.
What are the voltage requirements for your Video equipment?
Have you considered the TBS guidelines for setting up you video equipment?
If your AV equipment can handle a wide range of input voltage, then go ahead and connect directly to a suitable cell count LiPo.
The recommendation is however to run the supply through a Filtered Voltage Regulator in order to supply voltage to the AV equipment in it's workable input range.

Seems as this equipment will allow you to connect directly to a 3S LiPo then which is simple.
Make sure you have some way of monitoring the AV pack voltage to not drop below the 3S LiPo's minimum around 10V. The OSD can probably do this for you.
Alternatively you can omit the AV LiPo pack and run a Voltage Regulator directly off the 4S flight pack LiPo.

Im just got to plug it into the osd. Should 800mah be enought for an hour or so, or should i get higher.

Yea. 9x6 at around 1400Kv 3S seems very common.

Mine produces 1400g static thrust and is way over powered in the air. 30/40* climb, 60 mph level flat out.

If you want more performance you probably shouldn't be using a SkyWalker.

Is this 800mAh for the Vtx, camera, OSD only?

I used a 500mAh 3S for Vtx+Cam on a few flights. With a 5000mAh flight pack. I swapped both batteries at the same time. On charge the 500 and the 5000 where about the same % drained.

In short... getting an hour out of an 800mAh I would say is "risky".

I now use a 1300mAh 3S for Vtx, Cam and Rx/Servos and I will just about get 2 5000mAh motor packs or about an hour flight time from it.

Some people don't like those becasue they tend to degrade the resolution of the servo movement, i.e. making it jerky and not smooth. Although, on some servos it works fine.

I could have predicted that because I didn't check with the forum before purchasing...it seems every time I find something cool to purchase I later find out there's something wrong with it...ugh

Hey, get that frowny face outta that post! It may work fine for you! At least now you'll have it to try and you could try a couple of different servos to see what works best. All hope is not lost

Ok so im going to get the 960kv motor on bevrc's website and 40amp esc with a 9x6e prop. I will be using a 4 cell lipo from hobbyking 20c. For video osd, and video tx I will use a 1300mah. does this sound good? Thanks

All the components should specify their current consumption. The OSD, Camera, AVTx and whatever else you hook up to this pack.
Add it together and compare with the Pack Capacity. Then you will know what to expect.
I would guess that 800 mAh is on the low side as suggested above.
Probably should work in a safety factor of 2.

Sounds good.
Personally I would run a bigger ESC although the 40A unit may suffice.
