Cap! It's been a while. I PM'd you to catch up on what you have been up too.


Millertime, it is the Sherline mill. It, and the Sherline lathe come in handy to make shavings out of expensive stock.


Speaking of #25. I think I absorbed too much of it while designing the truss. I'm back on the drawing board to increase the lattice work between the main chords.

cos918, That is not going to be the boom. It is the truss that holds all the barge segments together and will be part of the superstructure.

Pops, You ought to start advertising your lifting services now, you'll have some good jobs lined up by the time you are finished! That bomb would make a good project ender, if you get tired of a build just toss your bomb on it, I'm glad that the O'Bannon did not end that way. Cap

Yes, it's a 500# Practice bomb. And, yes Cap it would be a way to rid myself of the many "prototypes."
