You'd have better luck making an opening for the air to exit, you can put all the scoops on it and it won't help if you don't have an exit for the air.

Or better yet, mount your esc behind the motor for ample cooling. If not, you can cut a square hole in the bottom of the fuse and fit your esc there for sufficient cooling...

I landed my F-86 on it's maiden so hard that it left skid marks from all 3 tires under the belly. The landing gear was trashed so I figured as long as I'm opening the wing to repair the LG I'll add flaps. Here are some pictures of the process.

Here is another tweek I did for the ESC.

Hope to get a second flight on this bird tomorrow and if I do I hope the landing is better.

Light weight is still the key to excellent flying performance. Your larger Eliminator is 1 lb lighter than the new Habu 32 based on info from E-Jets.

There is no purpose in reviving this thread other than a few f-86 are getting back in service soon. So the mod thread is ALIVE!!!!!!!

If my mb-1 burns up, and the f-20 isnt reday, mayby my efllux may make a pitstop in the sabre... any ides what that would fly like on 5s???

Ready for re-maiden. years later. Renew my AMA, and club dues. Doc bill's have been grounding me. going with a nimh battery for the receiver. I will get some photo's up soon. None ntsb type I hope?
