Am now also busy with the sails, so I know approximately where the yards have come.

Very unclear on the plan.

The top left is a sheet of A4 paper. Question to a sight of how big the sails of the main mast.

The ra 's placed above it.

Now I suspect that the plans of the sails do not come from the museum, but work of a builder of scale is not correct.
As you can see the side of the sail is 4.5 cm away from the bulge.

Can someone tell me where to get the sail somewhere.

I suspect that nokleuver (the eye to the angle of the sail with which the sail is attached to the yard) is about 1 cm.

I see in paratrooper pictures that his sails are a few cm from the ends of the ra removed.

The sheets usually go through the a sheave set in the yard arm outside the shoulder you've carved, then in toward the mast to block that turn them down the to pin rails at the base of the mast. The earring of the sail below is lashed to the shoulder which keeps the head of the sail stretched out and tight. ie: the sheet sheave is outside the shoulder and the head of the sail will be narrower than the foot of the sail above it.

Ideally - if you drew a line from the earring, diagonally across the sail to the opposite clew, it should project right at the sheave in the yard for the sheet. That way the sheet feeds into the sheave without binding and hauls on the sail evenly along the foot and the leech.
