How'd she handle with just the pump? Quick, sluggish, turns, etc?

beautiful!!! ...lucky your gun ports are not open .....do you have any control over the ballast weight? .what's the weight of your external ballast ?...is there any internal ballast? ....is she able to sit a bit higher in the water?.. sails do add some weight....i can't believe the great idea with the waterpump....wish i had thought of it.....boy does she look impressive!.....looks too macho to be a she though .....congratulations!

With no wind the speed is on scale.

But this saterday was a strong wind and when she came back into/against the wind the pump was not strong enough.

I think the pump is strong enough for move here out of a dead corner when she is with sails.

Out of the hull, the weight is 13 kilo (26 pounds)
Insidi is 2 kilo

The hight is good but the leadbomb is to close with the ship.
I have to lower the leadbomb from 8cm to 20cm (I think)

does the leadbomb as you describe, screw into the keel so it's easily removable?
i may add the external ballast to mine too, but i'll wait to learn from your experience.

with strong winds she is not strong enough and you can't go backwards with the ship offcourse.

I wanted to use to strengthen eyeletts but these were too large (4mm).
