DOSD+ "puts" that data (GPS NMEA I think) into unseen video lines. Ground station will decode that info and drive antenna to the airplane equipped with Dragon Labs

IMU Setup

Okay, I got the ArduImu today, soldered pins and wires, have it hooked up to the PC checking out how it works on the Ardu demo program.

Every time I try to initiate a program upload to the board, I get error messages. I'm using Win Vista 64. . .anyone got a step by step of this, because the Ardu site is VERY ambiguous about what to do, and how to do it.

Also, the yaw accel bar is at 100 to the right constantly (probably due to no GPS). . any comments on this?

thanks.

This is the info that is being sent with the video signal as far as I know.

1. latitude, longitude, altitude, speed, heading
2. GPS time, roll, pitch
3. voltage1, voltage2, voltage3 (RSSI), current, mAh

Me too - finding dragons the old-fashined way (cave-hopping) is getting old. Electronic means to track dragons would be a great help to dragon hunters.

I too have added a torroid to my GPS unit - it has drastically increased my GPS performance.

I wound thin wires around a torroid as many times as i could - i now get a lock within 90 seconds from cold & i can even get a lock from within my indoor workshop.

Add one - it really is worth it.

Actually it's called DragonTracks, not Dragon Tracker.
