Indoor Kart Racing
My work is taking me to "meetings & workshops" next week in Northern California and one of the events is to practice "Competition" skills, (whatever that means), in which we will all be doing some indoor Kart racing at Umigo Kart Racing.
I've never done this before, although I consider myself to be a pretty good driver, did some drag racing in High School about 20 years ago, but I'm simply asking for some hints or tricks that will help me out.
Anyone ever done this before? Are there some tips that might help me? Is the track really slippery? What can I look forward to? How can I help myself get the fastest time? ("Hot Laps" I think they're called...)
Thanks in advance for annyone that can assist in my request.
