A simple obstacle course:

Flying through a hula-hoop mounted 6 feet off the ground, on a stick.

Flying limbo style, using that 3 inch wide paper stuff they use at Birthday parties, about 2 feet off the ground, and only 1 foot wider than your main blade diameter. Again with sticks.

Landing on a 1 foot square piece of plywood, mounted 6 foot high, again another flipping stick/2x4.

And for the grand finale, flying into your house through an open kitchen window and landing on the dinning room table.

And yes, I have way to much free time now, but not that much money to go along with it. Lol! Pretty much out of proportion.

The first 2 sound easy enough to setup, doing them may be more of a challenge though.

Glad you're having a grand time there. 36 flights is a pretty good record for sure. But don't go braggin', you know Murphy's law. I go in spurts per say, go for months with out a mishap, then have 2 or 3 in a week. I've been lucky as heck this year, no mishaps. But haven't been pushing it either.

Hi Guys,

Had a good day this morning, had 4 good flights with the 450 and 2 with the 500. Did a couple loops with the 450 and didn't feel like I was connected so, I just did some sports flying. The 500, that's a different story, it rocks and it's fast. Still don't have the wheel barrow out for that yet. It's coming though, it's in my bones. I need to order a few more batteries, I'll do that next time Liz isn't looking. LMAO!

Also, I down loaded the manual for the Rustler VXL car, I'm pretty impressed with it and haven't even got the car yet. I've watched several youtube videos of it running around, and a transmission PM.

I was concerned about the tranny, but after watching the video, it's a cake walk. Checked prices on parts and stuff. Cheaper than a heli for sure. That's a switch. Lol! Should have the car this week. Haven't got a shipping confirmation yet, should be tomorrow. I've ordered from them before.

I'll keep ya updated.

This was Jim/Wnuk's idea not mine, he just suggested that I design the course.

But ya know, this could be a real blast. (Good Idea Jim)

No RULES at all. Size of heli, time limit, etc. Just for FUN. And NO PRIZES either. Optional, design of obstacle is your choice.

The only rule I can think of right now, is that IVAN, has to do it Inverted. LMAO!

Jim, if you decide to fly into the mini-van, make sure that the doors/gate is opened. LMAO! I have hovered my 450 in my computer room, in a 6x6 foot area with know probs.
