Barry- I hear nothng but good things on the MSR. Hope you enjoy it. Don't forget, we like videos!

Jim.......I'll try to get some vids so we can all have a laugh. I have an old VCR of my old Benzin Trainer...but I don't have anyway to digitize it and post it.

I am very but VERY impressed with it.
I was also impressed with the Spektrum 6100 RX for $ 25.00 straight with no shipping charges [so I just now sent for one]....EBay said there's only 4 left; so now there's only 3 left.
I was additionally impressed with the films of the tiny CUB that were taken by our friend up there in the NorthWest.....(so I also got one, here's proof *pic* )
GENTLEMEN of the band O'bs : you are slowing down my slide down the slippery slope so y'all could be entitled to some medical remunerations !

ps : I am taking the mSR to the tech.man for fixing; "today" ...!

thanxxxxxxxx y'all
now IF the wind will ever stop I will try to FLY the ESKY V2 that Mr. VIC setup for me.....I need to try it in the Stunt mode. ( ! )
Rick

Once I started flying in stunt mode I found it more stable and some what easier to control. It can get away quicker but recovery is also quicker, just dont chop the throttle if it gets outta hand.

Wunk/Jim,
The E-Flite L-4 has been out for a little while now. It's beautiful looking.
Here's a link to some good user info on it.

Dave,
Thanks for calling off that hit

Rick,
I've seen the gliders with the pegs in the wing but I've never seen a video of them launching the gliders that way. That is impressive as heck. They can really get some altitude with the discuss throw

Kyle,
It looks like the new electrical service trench is coming along nicely although your cheating Where's the old shovel It kinda looks like fun

Blessings,

Jay

something NEW ? NOT !

I know at least 2 brothers who will recognize the things that come in this site:
one is CHOPPERSRULE and JAY will also enjoy it.
Maybe METALBENDERUSN will also be close to these memories (?)huh? VIC ?
Also for all those who are just now NEW to the Model Plane/Helicopter and 3D scene? .... look up in "SHORT TAKES" : and you will see that the 3D type of flying was already around in the year 1949, courtesy of a fellow whose name was JIM WALKER.
Because I started up in 1937, this whole SITE is precisely the way I got started in MODEL AIRPLANES......
that IS A LONG LONG TIME AGO..... enjoy ! and learn something (new?)

Man, that L-4 brings back some memories on a full size one I helped restore...after 6 mo of getting her done, got to taxi it a couple of time and
watched the owner ground loop it first time out.......found out he had been drinking a bit....I know.....sick was an understatement.

Both he and the plane survived but I think the feds pulled his lic.

Thanks for the info Rick....Lord knows I've been around long enough to have known about it... lol. What ya tearin' up there?

Oh...one other thing I wanted to share was my love for music. My bio and sound samples are on
www.cdbaby.com/cd/barrywinslow , (21st Century for real ) ,

I got an early start ( 17 yrs old ) with a late 60's group "The Royal Guardsmen"....we did all those "Snoopy vs The Red Baron" tunes waaaaaay back then. 40yrs later I've tried my hand at CCM and my wife and I have our first album "Transition" out. And a year or so ago the RG's put together a last hoorah single "Snoopy vs Osama" out for the guys and gals in our armed forces to maybe help moral.

Anyway....thanks for letting me share.

Barry
