Florida flying! A bit windy in the winter so dawn is the time to fly. Summers are great and still if you don't mind some sweat.

Sunrise at 58 degrees and an 8mph wind. I'm starting to love this bird.

West Palm Beach this morning was 61 degrees with winds 12-17....still a fun fly. Ran three batteries through before winds got bad

My Maiden..... w/High Speed passes
Finally got maiden video up.....was fun....but HatCam needs adjustment...guess GoPro2 is only decent when mounted on a plane...everything too small from a hatcam view...But, Anyway ...here it is

Lol @ 2:24 sec in the video...you will see a Near Miss with a f-16....we were both going too Fast
funcub maiden (4 min 48 sec)



78º and No wind....sunshine...will this weather NEVER end?? hehehehe

Skydiver update: the first version was much to complicated.
I realized it much simpler now with a rubber band.

Happy Thanksgiving to the Fun Cub gang
7am Palm Beach County FL 57degrees and winds 11 gusting 22...so I flew anyway!!!!
Flew one battery, little rough in some gust but all in all a good flight until final. Caught a big gust about three feet off the ground and left wing tip went up like a rocket, right caught and she cart wheeled Luckily just tail wheel fitting got pulled loose so she'll be back in the air by the weekend

RickFlaGuy, hope you have better luck on the west side!

After breaking the motor shaft. I decided to change my motor to the Turnigy g25 710kv running on the 60a esc. Turning a 13x8x3 prop. Going to take her up tonight and see how she goes. But last nights test that with WOT she is running smooooooth. I love when stuff just... work!.

You are gonna really like that set up it works really well on 3s or 4s.
