Don't know the air foil. Maybe I can post a drawing of a cross-section. I did the same once before for another model.
Fitting a spar into the wing; you'd be on your own for that one. Hmm, the core is foam with a glass cloth skin. If I were doing it, I guess I'd cut through the bottom skin, remove as much foam as necessary to accommodate your spar (what were you thinking, carbon?), glue in the spar, then lay on another strip of glass cloth, sand, prime and paint. That's what I'm thinking. Of course, whatever you do, if you start cutting into the wing you're in no-man's land regarding Great Planes' liability.
