Oh good, you can be the guinea pig with that mega and I will wait for your results before dropping in my ARC 28mm

looks like the wing has a some dihedral in it, adding a spar may be a lil tricky.

unfortunately my buddy lost his today he said his receiver locked out on him, he also said the the motor that they recommend the 3180kv from electrifly gets super hot with the 4.75x4.75 then he propped down to
4.1x4.1 and still was hot this is why i am going with the mega
more power more prop= speed

I didn't want to say anything but I am sure that in the trial tests, electrifly did not fly this like a pylon racer, WOT 3 or 4 minutes. So if we want to fly it wide open, we will need bigger motors. Just have to watch the speed, prop accordingly.

actually he was just bursting it but i will find out more details when i see him on friday flyday

If it's true then all i have to say is that the recommended setup better NOT COOK on me cause I'm not going to be a happy pilot.

If it does then I will go to something faster.

What's your 2cents about the quality of this ARF ? How is the Glass work ? How's the paint job quality ? Is it clear coated ? ............

@Kupfer - the stock setup is "guaranteed", so if it cooks in reasonable use, you should have some recourse.

since april they have been on back order maybe they sent a few out to whom ever back ordered them........ who cares i got mine

kupfer... the planes quality is awsome in my opinion the only minor cosmetic defects it has is the hinges on the ailerons and elevator are pretty stiff due to the paint, but of you start to move up and down they get smoother
also when you open the box theres a bunch of left over fiberglass (hairlike) particles left on the planes make sure you dont inhale that stuff or let it get onto your skin then youre going to be ichy all day
ovreall i am very happy with it now lets see how it flies
