It looks like it is a mix up on the zip code, the zip code for SIGEL, PA is 15860 and the zip code for TEAGUE, TX is 75860 which is only one digit off, the 7 may have looked like a 1 to someone at the post office and after they delivered it was entered as delivered but as the 1 was entered on the delievered form instead of the 7. Thats kind of what it looks like to me anyway. But you can bet it was delivered to TEAGUE, TX 75860 and was just entered as delivered to SIGEL, PA 15860, have you confirmed if the customer got the package or not yet????????
