Glad I made the drive up north today! Always worth the drive but I may have to quit flying for fear that I'll never be as silky smooth as Flop and his damn PAU...

Glad I got to fly Joe's guppy and was happy to get more landings on one tank than you'll get in the next 10! Hope you get the kinks worked out. 2.0 had a great time chasing snakes, and bangin the crack yak around. "Black Tim" and 2.5, always a pleasure.

opinions?
I'm thinking a mix of these suggestions, and a deletion of the Audi logo and the DSMX on the tail.
The DA will be a DA100L versus the 120

Better to do the EDGE on left wing and 540 on right versus the Edge/21 wing decals?
Not sure if I dig the checkered flag rip away effect.

Eric made a small mistake with the top of the wing coloring. The grey area is actually purple, but his color choice for the top wing graphics would still work fine.

Cry I would go with second one . My eyes need all the color on the wing tips far away the plane will look smaller using the checkers . The checkers ones look bad ass.

When you get it finished I will sell my EG MX 2 and buy it for Huckfest.

So whos flying when and where today? I'm up for full day of GS fun. MARCs has the scale fly-in, that might be fun to check out.

Well, I want to get the 103 out and work on tuning the motor. I dont think we can fly anything non warbird at MARCs until after 3 but I could tinker with things for a few hours before that.

Is there is some place else we can go to fly gas?

Cry. Consider making it a little less symmetrical . Do a rip on one side of the wing. looks a little more realistic.
Ive found that it also makes it easy to know what side you're looking at.

Sharp plane either way.

My family votes for the first one as well.

Is there a stock car with this coloring? Dman, what other schemes have these colors?

I plan on going out to check it out the scale fly-in at MARC around lunchtime, and then go back to the field this afternoon around 5-6pm.

The MARCS Scale fly-in is for scale planes. Last I checked that includes Edges, Extras and such, Not sure about guppys.

I'm thinking catch the tail end of fly-in around 1-2 pm, then get all kinds of crazy 3D low after 3 pm when the red hats leave.

I think it looks good without graphics but for the two you posted I would go with the Edge / 540 graphics.

This is way better than MARC for big gas planes. No Red Hats, no trees, no crowds, no circle fliers.
