Gorgeous plane! Is that the same BPHobbies/Suppo motor you had in your 51" Slick?

Yup, doing an apples for apples test with literally the same power setup/prop/battery as I flew in the Slick. There's a tiny blue hole in the sky so I'm gonna head out and see if it all works!

Let us know what you think Tim. I have a Slick set up in the drawer and always wondered about this plane.

Ummm, yeah... I had it ready to fly in about 6 hours... Secret recipe is a 5 hour energy, a good pandora station, and my OCD that won't let me walk away from something if there's light at the end of the tunnel!

Hey btw, how long did it take for your aurora lights to come. I ordered mine on June 7th and still haven't received them.

In between squalls and hurricane blasts I managed to sneak in 6 flights on the new 260. I should tell you guys it flew like crap and so I'd be the only one that has one, but that just ain't my style. Now having owned and flown both I can tell you there are slight differences in the two airframes but I LOVE this new bird! It flies a lot like the extreme flight mxs-r but with way better hardware and landing gear!



The bigger wingspan and shorter length are a super fun combo. While the slick is longer and tracks a little better at some speeds, the shorter fuse on the 260 creates the super sharp snaps and tumbles when you want them. I can throw violent KE spins both upright and laterally and can literally get the plane to fly backwards on a real hard tumble... Crazy stable in both upright and inverted harriers. Couples a little in a high alpha knife due to the shorter fuse, but will be trying the inner SFG's tomorrow to see if it changes any.

My auroras only took about a week. They've always been there to answer calls I'd give them a call just in case.

John when you go to the jet field be sure to invite MCSGUY (Joe) He has a few high power EDF's and I know he has wanted to go fly there for some time........and while your passing out invites to other fields Invite the 3D Flash mob up to your home field some time. I would love to come up and fly there this sumer.
