Tom is the producer of the outstanding Pitts kit that is the subject of this thread. It's obviously different from Chris' model that is discussed here, among other threads.

From experience: The C20 motor, while fairly powerful is Quite heavy for what it is at ~26 grams And it's amp hungry to add insult to injury.
Not an ideal characteristic in a smallish model..
An 1811 is ~16 gms and a 1411 is ~10
A nanotech 2S 300 mah battery is ~17gms and quite adequate for the 1811 motor.
While 'at it' You can give thoughts to an airfoil wing (with top and bottom surfaces).
It Will fly better and your intended size will easily tolerate the extra work and small weight penalty involved.
