Hobby King's F15 Foam EDF
Its that time again. I bought another HK EDF foam jet. I will try to put as much of a review as possible. please please give me inputs...

Yes. Check the video in this post. This is on 3S with a 64mm Phase 3 Squall fan and motor.

Updates
I did some updates to the main nose area. I put two nice pieces of would to support the nose and stiffen it up.

You probably don't need the wood there. You can't really put heavy/large batteries that far forward unless you put a bunch of lead in the tail.

Guys,
I flew here stock and was scared to death that she was going to fall right out of the sky. I highly recommend to switch out the guts of the engine. I am going to be putting in a different one. I was very impressed how stable she is though. There was a J-10 on the field and was zipping right by me. I can't wait to get the 4S in it and take it down. Cheers DonQ |
