Whats on your Work Bench!

Ok so your going to build a foamy and the million dollar question is what tools are needed to build a kits.

Well here is where you can post what works for you.

Ok so I will assume you are looking for the tools to build a epp type plane

Here is the basic stuff that I would have on hand to build a epp kit.
1 roll straping tape
1. box #11 x-acto blades
1. medal straight edge (18-24 inch)
sharpie pens for color
5 minute epoxy" If you like"
hot glue gun with low temp sticks my glue of choice
a medal squre to make sure all parts are aquare and straight
wax paper is good to have so you dont get glue on your table
foam safe CA glue + Kicker
a bag of throw away lighters for heating shrink tubing"if you dont own a heat gun"
3mm77 contact spray
roll of blue painters tape is allways good

Part 2 is a list of items RC related to build a basic foam plane.

1. sheet 18 x 36 1.3# 9mm epp white foam.
2. 40" x 3mm carbon rods or tubes
3. gram servos (I used bluebirds from a old slofly I had) or tower pro 5-9 gram
1 1300kv blue wonder outrunner type motor
1. gws 8040 hd prop
1. prop saver + bands
1 set Dubro micro pushrods (20-30") version
2 sets dubro quick connects
1. motor mount" The kind I offer"
2. sets dubro micro horns
1. sheet of lightply 16th inch thick
1. 9-10 amp brushless esc
battery used is 7.4 volt to 11.1 volt 3 cell 300-600 mah is what I use.
1 small 4 channel receiver (I use the gws 4 channel)
1 transmitter I would recomend a basic computer radio you will thank me later)
1 lipo battery charger
