Sorry for the late response, Here it what I found for the DS-94 dimensions:

Shroud Diameter 125mm
Inside Diameter 120mm
Shroud Length 100mm
Overall Length 230.8mm

Do you think you could do something here? I am EXTREMELY interested if I can make it work!!!

your about 3mm too small you might be able to make a adaptor of some sort ,or fill it in with something. i could sell you just the ring if you can get it to work then you could buy the rest of the nacelle. sorry i dont have time to tool up a new inlet ring to only sell one or two parts .

AS- Do you happen to know if I buy the nacelle from XPS whether or not I could do what your talking about?

id have to see the fan to see just how far off it is ....i think xps is out of stock on the nacelles.

I had contacted XPS and they should have more in within the coming weeks. DO you think that is my answer? What nacelle are you using?

Air Sally makes the nacelles for XPS Its the same unit

the Nacelle was designed for the Dynamax fan ...and for the XPS setup ...other dynamax fan set ups will work too . for a ds the inlet ring would have to be different ...and not sure on the mounting details either.

XPS is sold out of nacelles?...Wow! and Jim was worried about selling the items. Mine should be in my hands today or tomorrow..........now I need a fan and motor.

yes im to blame these things take about an 1.5 hrs to prep for the layup ,then 2 hrs for the lay up of the body ,inlet ring and hatch ...then another hour or so to trim clean up /touch up ,then the hardware for mounting requires time also .im on overtime at work so i only have about 2hrs a day to work on all my orders..plus im trying to put a falcon together for testing and to fly at CA. Jets...i hope to have some done by then .if XPS is coming i can just hand them over to them there to save some shipping cost

Rodger I received my Nacelle for the Falcon today....outstanding work you did on the unit. I can tell you guys Rodger(Air Sally) builds quality stuff....this is the second piece of work I have of his. I can also say that XPS shipped the Nacelle quickly and the whole box was lined with foam....no way would the nacelle be damaged in shipment unless something very heavy was dropped on it. I have had great service from XPS and from Rodger .....buy from them.

Thanks Max! We are all modelers here at XPS, so we know that we wouldn't want a package to arrive and have that excitement turn to dismay from seeing damaged goods!

any body get theres flying yet ? ...ive put all other orders on hold right now trying to get me one and bob one and make 6 more XPS .....plus work overtime and put a falcon together...plus it has been snowing for the last 2 days .
