The F-86 will be announced in the US in due time.

The A-4 is not an E-flite (or other Horizon brand) product.

Dave,

With the global economy that we now live in why are products still released at different times for different markets? If a product is on a website in Germany, or Japan, or wherever you can bet that someone is going to find it and post it. So why not just open up and discuss it?

Dave, I take it retracts are not going to be an option.

I am impressed with the ducting. I think to make retracts work you will need to rework the ducting up front for the nose gear.

A simple (well rather simple if you can make molds) molded hump for the ducting could be made to cover up the nosewheel and retract, with filleted corners to blend into the original ducting.

Who said it was supposed to be on a German website!
The global economy is not as pervasive as you may think... a company must act locally to some extent.

At the end of the day, central Europe still uses a different business model than the US, in regards to shop buying methods and pre-orders and so forth. It is not an easy situation.

US customers (consumers and shops) prefer dates that are CLOSER and more ACCURATE. (There are inventory planning issues as well)
Central Europe shops want advance notice and planning. (They may be more willing to pre-order, and stock up.)
Heck, some European companies can still even get away with showing vaporware projects to a large extent to see if there is enough interest to actually finish the project.

Time will tell what the solution is, but we will have US information available at the time we feel is best for our local customers... in the mean time, the internet guys are free to comb the web for advance info!

Best Regards,
David

Well, we know the A4 isn't gonna be an E Flight.

With a hand-launch only field, I couldn't care less if it has retracts.

And, I'd rather have the "cheese-grater" than the over scale inlet.

Check the Het (John Glenn) F86 Sabre thread. The specs are very similar to the Eflite. Perhaps this is the same model Eflite is planning to market.
