I had one tip covered, but I was not happy with how it turn out. I will try again tomorrow. It is Hooters Trivia night tonight.

You are correct. Yes it is covered, but I need an extra set of arms. The warp is pretty significant

Small setback. As I mentioned before I had a significant warp where the aileron was going to join with the wing. I brought the wing with me to Hodges today. Bill and Mac informed me that we could not heat it out becuase I already had the covering on pretty tight. Instead of taking all the covering off and heating it out, they recommended I make a long hinge slot where the warp was, fill it with wood glue, then clamp it straight. When the glues dries hopefully the wing will be straight. Here are a few pictures after I clamped it.

You are a big bully. Thats ok. I have the wing done. I used hinge tape instead of CA hinges. I might go back and install the hinges since I do not like the way it looks with tape.

I decided to cover the wings with the same monokote I used on the wing. The CF Ultrakote was too heavy for me to manipulate around the curves.

J, I am no small feller either... However I say go spend your cash on Reflex XTR. We really need a SSX for that. XTR is much more realistic IMO. G3.5 aint bad, but XTR spanks it IMO.

Looking forward to meeting all of you guys at SEFF. I should be there the Saturday prior to the start. Likely watch during most of the actual event and fly Sat~Weds. And spend most all my money with James once he arrives! I want a Bipe in the worst way!!!

I mainly wanted to get the 3.5 due to being able to do a virtual fly in with my online buds at wattflyer . However, I may look into one if the price is right.
