The alarm should be able to be silenced by hitting a button, otherwise who wants to land while your TX is blaring / vibrating away.
Yes, the CLEAR button will silence the timer. It resets the time.

So far I have read roughly the first 10 pages and the last 10 pages of this thread and I see that the DX10t is (currently) intended to be sold only in Europe. Since some Spektrum people are active in this thread I am pleading here:

Spektrum - please sell a US version of the DX10t here in the USA.
You gave up too soon! Listen to this: http://www.horizonhobby.com/content/...ast_071510.mp3

It's already listed in this thread at least twice. Once more won't hurt!

at the large events the same number flew as they do now with 2.4, you just had to be on the a different channel. The problem would be there would be a lot of guys on the same channel and wait time to fly would be long sometimes. Gotten spoiled with 2.4 and would hate to go back to that system at seff and Joe Nall

Not to jump the gun, but someone needs to set up a thread to share TX files. What will the extension be? Will RCGroups allow attachments in that format? I guess zip files will be ok.

Mike, are you doing the DX8 review for RCG?
Nope since I just did the A9.

When you get a telemetry alarm, it pops up the screen and tells you what conditions(s) are active. Pressing CLEAR will acknowledge them, stopping the tone/vibe. If another becomes active, or if a condition clears and then recurs, the alarm will again sound.

.SPM - Spektrum Model

RCG would need to update their system to allow them to be attached with that name. They're text files, so renaming them is all you'd need to do.

Is there some hysteresis on the flight pack voltage alarm trigger point?

No. We did a lot of testing (terrible thing, outside in bright sunny days with our airplanes ) and everybody agreed that it felt better this way.

You can also turn the alarm off by throttling back a little.

I suppose you even get paid, as well.

Just so you don't have to listen to the whole podcast (though that's worth doing), what they say is that the DX10t is a tray radio designed principally for the European market. It is not expected to be very popular in North America, but Horizon will make it available. No specific timing, but fairly soon.

Yeah, it's a rough life but somebody's gotta do it It could be worse, though: The air team has to come back and build models - they don't get to do any programming.

Of course, then there are the days when I get here at 7:00 AM and leave at 7:00 PM - like today - and all the sunshine is gone

See you in the morning!
