I like the spektrum 34mm stick ends:

The ends look like a medieval torture device, but they're actually very comfortable and are much less prone to slipping especially when you get near the corners.

I had Futaba Turbo Thumbs, they fit (M3), but felt awful. When you have rotating movements, the finger will travel around when you circle the sticks. I prefer the DX18 sticks, sharp, small. Or these, which I have on the DX8: http://www.hobbyking.com/hobbyking/s...dProduct=23762

Just tried that circular movement and your right the finger does travel around the rim as you say, I have tried this on my sim and the effect does not seem to trouble me much with my flying style. The effect on a 3d flyer who likes precise movements this may have a bearing, in that case I bet I would have to either mod them on a lathe or for the small outlay get some of the sticks you describe and try them out.

Thanks for the heads up on that one, I will keep it in mind when i try out my first chaos.

Yeah, and I tend to use a lot of pressure on the sticks sometimes, especially when flying a slope glider for a long period of time. I end up with big dents in my fingers with normal ends.

Okay...you were right, the Futaba ones do fit. At least it was an inexpensive mistake!

iPhone 4 running iOs6, STI app running . Haven't tried iPad2 yet but don't see why it would not be working.

What issue are you having?

By the way, the first used capacity diy sensor is ready to be rebuilt. It uses Powerbox menu. Currently no alarm (because the sensor must trigger it).
Currently only german: http://rctronix.steinonline.de/wp/?p=18

But you get schematics, a parts list, and the hex file for the Attiny. He uses an Allegro 100A hall current sensor. I asked him for a modified program for the 200A version.
So a hobbyist needs 3-4 weeks to build one (not fulltime). Spek did not do it in 2 years. Frustrating
I would love to buy the sensors from them. But there are not many interesting ones ! To name them, single cell voltage, capacity....
I also built my RPM sensors myself, because the were simply not available.
It would be nice if the real sensor entry for capacity would show up in the radio, then we could hijack this sensor and set the alarm in the radio.

Apple isn't in the mapping business. The question is whose are they?
