Not quite sure why this was posted on Kevin's Nautilus thread but will presume someone was asleep when they hit NEW REPLY button.

Would be nice to see more details, though... on its own thread.

Whoops! Sorry about that! How do I delete it here? There's no delete button!

Aha! I see what happened! Hit New Reply instead of New Thread - ah! Well, it got the thread bumped again, didn't it!

Here is a shot of the propeller support fin with prop mounted on a 1/8" Stainless shaft. Everything fit first time with zero modifications.

What you are seeing is a Star Trek type replicator in it's infancy. What they will be able to reproduce in 15 years I'm sure will be mind blowing. Also, with digital technology advancing as it has, you will have dead stars like John Wayne coming back to life in new movies within 10 years or less.

You do not need to buy a replication machine/3D printer first, as professional machines can be hired.

Do DO need to learn to make these CAD models, though.

as an example : here is someone who 3Dprinted his own functional R/C helicopter.

check out the rest of the website. it's one of those shops that enable you to 3Dprint without owning a machine.

We use FX Models. I highly recommend them. They are very reasonable, friendly, and prompt. They also can handle your CAD issues for the 3D printer.

This forum has become a complete joke. If I post anything the same joker files some sort of complaint against me. It does not take a rocket scientist to figure this one out.... Nor can this person read to see that they author of this thread directed HIS thread to the topic of Litho machines and 3D printing. That makes it right on topic an germaine to the discussion.

I just got a violation filed against me for helping Jaguar out. Gee, I wonder who would file something like that....??? Hilarious! File all the violations you want, Sir! I will continue to help all that ask...
