I have a neu 1105 2.5y and i am using a 4.1x4.1 on a 2 cell and its moving right about 90-100mph i was wondering if i use a 3 cell should i go smaller or can i use the same prop???

also the site say i can go 15v is a 4 cell suitable??? i was told 170-180mph

The motor can definitely handle the 4S. Now, it depends on your ESC. Going to 3S or 4S with the same prop will pull more amps.

i have a castle 45

i was thinking of running the same prop on 3 and 4 cell since the prop is small
i dont want to go bigger than a 4.1x4.1 because the kv is 3800. i think a 5x5 would be too much prop for the 3 and obvious 4 cell but on the 2 cell would it be ok???

The Castle 45 should handle the 4.1 x 4.1 on 3 cell. Check the voltage with a watt meter if you have one. If you don't have one, borrow one. It's the only way to measure what she's pullin'.

I ran a Mega 16/15/2.5 (edf) 3800kv with same prop on 3 cell on a pusher jet and it pulled about 38 amps WOT.

On 4 cell, this same setup will pull 60 - 80 amps, way too much for the cc45
