What is the best (2s) LiPo pack for a 7oz slow flyer?

I was thinking about a 23" depron bipe (roughly 1300 sq cm/ 200 sq in wing area) but have to get ready with the electrics first. What is the best capacity for one that weights roughly 7oz (200g) or less? The main, rough options I can think of are 180mah, 350 mah and 500-600mah but chosing one before flying/building is not so easy. I already have a couple of 610 mah rhino but isn't 35 grams too much?!

Its really not that simple.
Build the airframe, add the servos and weigh it.
Then see what motor/prop will supply the wanted power level.
Next decide on the flight duration wanted.
The motor, with a certain size prop, will draw a certain amount of amps and will need a certain size batter to make it fly for the desired time.

Yeah, what Butch said. Your question is a bit vague. But offhand, for a 7 oz. plane, a 2S battery in the 350-500 mAh range sounds about right. Once you know the motor current you expect to draw, you can easily figure out the minimum C rating for the battery as well.

The reason I put the 7 oz limit is that I have all the other stuff already, I weighted all the raw materials: amount of depron needed (probably some extra), fiberglass, 20g 2300 kv motor motor, receiver, wheels, 2 9g servos, 10amp esc, propeller and all the rest (except battery) weights 155g (5.5 oz). I calculated the thrust of this motor with a 6x3 gws prop to 290 grams with 6.5 amps @ full throttle but half of it ( about 100 grams) or even less will be sufficient to fly around.
If I use the 610 mah rhinos I have the calculator gives me more than 20 min of flight with half throttle and this battery weights 35 grams (total should come around 190 g.
I know I could better use a 10 gram motor and 4 gram servos for my needs, to bring down the weight, but I already have this stuff and was wondering it the 610 mah lipos fitted with all the rest or I needed something else.
