Why Not wood -balsa BNF or PNP RC airplanes from E-flite?
Hi everyone, in the last 18 months has being a boom in the RC airplanes community with the in introduction of parkzone T-28 PNP and the other airplanes from parkzone and e-flite that follow.
But, why we not see the same wood-balsa airplanes from E-flite like the T-34 Mentor , AT-6 Texan, Stearman PT-17 and other as PNP OR BNF.
I am not and experience builder or have the time to spend the weekend putting together a ARF`S model.
that`s why I will be more interested in PNP or BNF.
How many of you would be more interested in having those wood-balsa airplanes as PNP and BNF and pay litter be more for then?

The PNP and BNF planes seem to be targeted more at newer modellers (mostly...) and foam is usually a better choice for beginners because it's generally much easier to fix.
A more advanced pilot will want to choose his own equipment for a plane. I would certainly not trust a balsa plane with servos that could be the most brittle, fragile garbage ever. I'm not saying they are, though.
Also, the planes you listed are bigger than most BNF or PNP planes. They're not really parkflyers like the general crop of PNPs and BNFs. Even if they were all ready to go you'd still have to do almost all the assembly work you'd do for an ARF.
Happy to help

I am all for BNF parkflyer or micro sized airplanes, no matter what they are made from. Bring them on... to my LHS, that is
