What is this on my brushless ESC

Can anyone identify this object. It is a jeti 18-3p.

KK,

By the way that is an aluminum electrolytic cap.

It also is polarized, meaning that it has a positive
and a negative terminal.

I've got some that look like that... the white stripe probably indicates the negative end (there will be a '-' on it).
It doesn't look healthy either...
