Why does it offer PCM and PPM modulations?
Isn't it 2.4 gHz Native?
Can it also broadcast on mHz?
I wonder if it offers the other modulations in case someone wants to change modules with another company that uses the PPM mode. I guess I could see the PPM mode useful for simulators but why offer PCM which is JR specific?
That would be cool.

It is a modular design which allows it to use modules Mfgd. for frequencies approved by the various sovereign states, such as: 35; 40; 50; 72 MHz.for example. Whether these are the same modules as those in use by JR for years is assumed. But really that too is an unknown as the 12X design in modular form has a unique module. (12X 72/2.4 MV )
2.4GHz SS may also be chosen in a module form. Check the pictures released on multiple sites and you will see the provision for a standard sectional antenna.
To date, the 11X has NOT been announced, released or discussed by Horizon Hobby .
Many of us assume (SWAG) that whenever it is announced by HH it will have changes made for the USA market. Most likely it will be native 2.4GHz SS (DSM2) but, ----- who knows ???

It uses the bog standard 5 pin module as used on 347/388/8103, 9303, 10X etc
It will be available (according to my sources) as a fully integrated system just like the X9303 2.4 .
