Man, we need a new FirstAid kit.
I hate that sound, makes the tummy get that weird feeling.

You can do it, just take someone with you.

Right - that's the key - take someone with you - so they can hold the plane while you flip the prop.

Did you really land THAT far away??? One of our members has a leash. He just hooks up to the plane and drags it back.

Take up RC cars. You can hook up to the plane and tug it back.

Get a cross-country Hoverround...

Ha ha ha! Good luck with that one. We have one guy at our field who is very smart; he has a bad back, so he carries a length of rope with him when he has to move his planes from the car to the pit, etc. which he wraps around the prop and then pulls his plane along, just like a good dog. This is actually a good idea and can save your back a lot of stress.

Tom, how did you manage to find time to maiden your 3DHS plane? I thought you were working all weekend?

It is not fair!

It is 103 already and 100+ forecast through Saturday. We are going to break the old 1980 100 degree day streak of 42 days this week.

We can fly all winter but lately we can't fly in the summer. (shrugs)

That sure is a bummer Wayne! I know what it's like in Chicago with upper 90's for temp and humidity and it is no fun; it's got to be horrible down there for such a long stretch of time. Some of my church friends here have organized an email-based prayer chain which is praying for a relief to the drought in your area because evidently even drinking water is becoming scarce and cattle are being sold off. I guess Kansas got a little water recently; maybe you are next! Hang in there.

We know we are really in the crapper when it is 10 degrees hotter than El Paso!

Needles, CA. = 109, My house = 108.7.

You look at the "Today's Extremes" and you are hotter than the hottest on the list!

The world's highest temperature is only 9 degrees hotter.

We need somethin'! This is starting to make be crazier.

Tightened the pull-pull wires on the 50cc YAK rudder. Increased the elevator throws, found two broken stringers, found one cracked bulkhead, and tightened up the covering.

Swapmeet Saturday. Gotta load the trailer Friday. Hope I sell that 35% Extra.
