I just spoke with Mike at ibcinyourc.com about my motor issues. He is sending out a new carb, new gaskets, and 4 different throttle arms to try. He also said not to bother sending the original carb back.

Great news Nate.
Well I flew both my little heli's today and mythen my little flat foamie. On a 2s she no longer has the punch out she once did. And the motor is making some noise. Probally one too many nose in crashes. The wind has seemed to pick up just a bit but I'll probally still go out again.

well the good news is you can replace that motor for like $8 right Kerwin?

I just flew four packs through my 48" edge. I had an audience so it was on! I flew the fourth pack almost completely out doing nothing but inverted harrier. The plane is so awesome for that and makes me look really good

Good times and tons of fun! All in less than 40 minutes. It is a complete no-hassle flying experience that you can almost always fit into your day. I LOVE small ELECTRICS. If I had to take my glow stuff out there is no way I would have gotten any flying in today.

Now back to studying.

That is great but it sucks, if you know what I mean.

I flew the sky cart today. You have to really get some speed up to get in the air on the grass. I think a ramp would help. once in the air it is pretty cool. I had a blow out on one of the tires though. It will need some TLC (hot glue). That was my primary purpose for going out this afternoon but the conditions were great.

Couple of flights on an Electrostik. No buddy box so we did the hand-off deal.

I setup the launcher and a couple guys made 6 flights on Funjet Ultras.
Another member made a couple more flights on the Trainer-65.

I did some hot dogging on my Zijji wing.

One guy came out with one of those micro Spitfires and put in a couple of flights.

Yes I know what you mean. That was the funny part of my conversation with Mike. He is also frustrated that he can sell such nice engines and they have some of the parts that are put together sloppy and with cheap components like the gaskets that failed on mine. He has not had a single problem with the engine cores themeselves but has done a number of repairs on these gaskets and they are on their 3rd generation of muffler.

Gave my SHP another Pint today. It starts good, it runs STRONG, and takes me 13 minutes to go through a pint of fuel. That has got glow beat. My plan is to do a gallon on the ground and I will get to see everything that is vibrating loose and sinch it up before it comes loose in the air.

I am getting a silky smooth black <not much> coating on the Landing Gear pant at the fuse, no signs of anything ugly. Doing a 32 to 1 of the Klotz with the corn free gas. The corn free gas has a yellow tint to it, amazing stuff really.

BPHobbies it turns out has a deep relationship with the RCGF motors, they even have the new Twin 60cc with has got to be sweet. The single 55 is $349

Well I sunck in another flight.
Snowy the local park is right behind me. So I can fly my flat foamie by walking a couple hundred feet. Nitro requires packing up and driving to the field.

I like the Swords, but I hear lots of chatter about the Falcons, they must be pretty good too.
