I have that artical and the only real item I am concrned with is the CG which is not covered there.

I "Plan" to Waldo.... I need to change the theme from Stop Sign to "Roo Crossing", I think there may be fun to be had.

Just start at 25% of the mean aerodynamic chord.

The pulse positions are sent as a serial stream within a frame. Some may notice a delay between channel 2 and 8, especially with slower servos.

Maybe you could just put a slow servo on channel 2 and a fast one on channel 8 and you would not notice it.

Snowman I know a bunch of guys in my area that are using this for fpv.

http://www.bevrc.com/skywalker-168cm...uild_p243.html

It is a really stable and nice flying fpv platform. Some of them have gone out several miles with it on a UHF control system and a 2.4 ghz 500mw video transmitter. The plane can carry a 6 pack of soda from what I am told. Plenty of payload capacity for lots of batteries for really long flight times.

Ugly can fly FPV as far as I know.

I am going to do an Easy Star.

Sides, you can just fly with on-board cam and then it is the same as FPV.

So Wayne, you were just making a statement regarding the aesthetics? When it comes to FPV........I want a shallow glide path and a high capacity payload.....preferably a long wingspan too.

Well, I'm off to Escanaba, MI to bring my wife to a nursing seminar...this conversation will have to continue on the Kindle........later......

Yea, some of those "FPV" planes are butt ugly.

That one Nate linked can carry a six pack, you can pretend to be in the the cockpit and having a beer.
