This is the lowest cost I found and you still use your own oven and vacuum.

Anyone interested in a DLE-30? A friend here has one. Here is what he wrote:

"It has never been crashed and no prop strikes. I will sell it with two sparkplugs, standoffs, 2000mah 4.8v nimh hydrimax ignition battery, and the jtec wrap around pitts muffler($80 new). I want $250.00."

About 6 gal of fuel through it.

I will ask him about shipping. I think it is less than a year old. It was on an Aeroworks YAK. He has moved up to bigger planes.

Says $260 shipped.

Servo cover? What do you mean? Are you making covers to make your planes more aerodynamic or protecting them from Canadian cold weather, or some other purpose?

What can I say, it's been a long day! It started out bad when I had to drive to San Antonio for a meeting and was late because of traffic, then I had an unfriendly exchange with a corporate consultant who is teaching us all kinds of esoteric gobbley gook sales theory, mostly from Harvard business review, which will hold up about two seconds in the real world. I don't know, I've owned a couple of businesses in my day and cobbled together seven figure deals without ever knowing what a sales encounter of the third kind was! I wonder if this guy ever actually sold anything, before or after he got his MBA.

I think you should
and I mostly rebuild like that because of lack of funds but that particular Kadet was built be my Dad and I so it will be with me until I'm gone which was why I had to use most of the parts in the rebuild
I have to admit there is a certain amount of fun and pride to restore something like that pile of debris also maybe if i had money I would be buying ArF's and leccy toys too ok that's a blatent lie I love building

I user them with epoxy resin for boats that are meant to flex

add micro ballons and then form stuff for fun

made lots of stuff from carbon but then switched to just kevlar weave

really hard to cut without good cutters

sometimes i do not use micro balloons or cabbon pwder and make my mixture hard on epoxy, west x or some thing like that, great stuff

There is a plane named twist
The idea was to get a gas plane that twist with0out whilst
unbreakable is the air was antucipated
with tests was unbreakable as tested

as a mail person done
been in competition and finnished number one
added carbon spars and windows
put in cg macines and videos

took it to the limits far and wide
even took it out with the tide
seen inverted flat spins fpv
took it to the best place of view

been out on the water up and down
handled it like I had a crown
landed it as if in a dream
brought it like it should need

snow was one cold chore
been there and not a bore
that snow was just not snow
but much much much more

the size and fit say it all
the 46 ax does it all

T minus 4 days to the club fly in. I have to buy 40-50 pounds of pork shoulder tomorrow, rub it and wrap it thursday, then its into the smoke friday afternoon for a 16-18 hour cook. Need to figure out how to fit all my birds and a small offset smoker into a chevy express van. It will be a twisted weekend for sure. With the smell of hickory smoke and roasting pig in the background. Not to mention a fair amount of baby powder from the ole Pawnee. I have rally high hopes for the weekend. Praying it all goes well.
