Im with Waldo.......I go to the hobby store, buy fuel in a gallon jug, no mixing, no plugging in, then I pump it into my plane and fly. Im not smart enough to figure out amps, volts. Plus the nitro oil makes my skin soft and keeps away mosquitoes. The only problem that I have is the oil makes my skin soft and makes me look younger, at times I see the other Kerwin looking at me with lust in his eyes.

I did have to laugh after reading all that stuff though, as I read it all then looked into a mirror and said "What the Hell Did I just read ROTFLOL and then went back and read it all again to make some sense of it all, and it is explained very well indeed by all of you, it just made me lol as it often does, I only laugh because It always stumps me and I like to think I know a little about it and this place always shows me something new or a new way to look at things. Well got back to work on the Wonder last night and trying to drill the awkward angle for the wing dowels that hold on the wing my drill bit split the bottom sheeting and made the hole larger than it needs to be DOH !!!! LOL just a minor setback, So I had to cut out an opening in the nice sheeting job I was so proud of and fill it with balsa filler and glued some supports in there. to help when I go to try it again tonight LOL so needless to say progress was haulted last night 10 minutes after I began as I need the wing mounted to finish the rest of the ship so waiting for wood filler to dry which I'm sure is done by now, Hopefully the big finish tonight. then Just a wrapping and servo installation is required.

when I put on my glasses I can see all my character lines LOL I don't believe the fuel oil is helping cause my wife will tell ya,, Yup!! you stink of fuel oil when I walk through the door lol all I can do is smile and say Ahhhhhh

Hey I like em all!!! I have a nitro plane, A gasser (soon to be 2 gassers) and several electrics and they all have their place. The performance in a good electric is quite amazing and the set up is simple. No mess clean up too. Oh and I buy 2 6S Lipos for 100 bucks and I can easily get a couple hundred flights...or more if they are taken care of. Thats a lot of nitro savings

Honestly, if my TT60 ever dies, I am pretty much staying Gas and Electric anyway.

Lust and Discust could be hard to tell apart? It costs him 20+ a gal for you to get all slicked up.

+1 - glow, gas, electric, all are good. I have two glow engines, one gasser, and a few electric motors. Glow and gas are good for the weekends at the field. Electrics are good for that plus during the week for a quick flight before/after work.
