Crazy Crutch in Hughes 500D Fuselage

so much for it never rains in southern ca, spent the last couple hours fitting my ballistic technologies crazy crutch into this fuse and I can't maiden it because it's stinkin' raining.

here's some pictures, and again for size comparison, with my 4#6

Very cool! For those that don't know, the Crazy Crutch is a highly modified version of the LMH Corona.

it needs a lot of tweaking the tail is wagging now since the fuse install. i have to take it out again because the top nav light popped out, it might be bouncing on the gyro and that's why it was so unstable. Also need to find a good mounting system for the tail fin, it was just double sided taped on for the pictures, you'll see in the video that i took it off, didn't want to chance it coming loose

when it goes off camera was almost a major beef, pretty sure that nav light was tapping the gyro, then settled down in the middle of the flight

it's an Align Hughes 500D fuselage that I bought from a member here, the skids are maked align on them but with the logo facing in so you can't see it. I have the instructions and the landing gear are part of the fuselage kit.

Very nice fuselage.Hey by the way,don't you ever feed your dog ? That is the third video shot in the garage that i have seen in about a week and that same bag of dog food is still not open.poor pup///// HA HA HA ;D

lol, yeah my long hair dachshund is well cared for, that bag is opened just small cut in the corner so i can seal it back up. funny, you're the second person that has said something about the dog food some other guy asked about the metal ramp thought I was into 4x4 but it's for wheelchairs
