Cheers,

Seriously though...I use nimh (not Eneloop) and I find that in a tx that uses 4 AA the voltage drops quickly because there is less voltage to begin with (compared with a tx that uses 8 AA).
When I use alkaline the batteries last much longer. I have no experience with Eneloop but have heard that they are very comparable to lithium batteries when it comes to holding their capacity until the very end.

I can get 8 AA batteries for 1.99 usd at the local grocery store (good quality too).
When my nimh AAs go south I will use only alkaline.
Heck, for 1.99 they are pretty affordable.

I have 16 of these that have given me good service for over a year and a half. The TX is not a big power drainer.

I'm totally amazed !!

I received my syma 110 a couple weeks ago and a 107 last week & now a S026G chinook today. I am simply amazed at the construction of these Symas. I mean I know they r cheap infra red electronics, but what I'm blown away with is the construction of the canopy, frame, skids, gears and little motors, battery, electronic brick etc.
I have similar well known brand name coaxials that I paid 5 times the money that are not even close to the quality of these little symas. I know comparing a 4 channel to a 3 channel infra red is a huge difference in the cost, I think. I wish Syma would come out with some larger CP 2.4ghz high performance stuff similar to the eflite or walkera stuff. If they carried there quality on to the more complex stuff and were a tad less money, they would sell boat loads of heli's..
I finally took a canopy off last night just to look at the construction a bit closer, and that's when I became so impressed. Even the canopies are built strong and light.
I gave one of my 107's to my neighbor son you is 6. He has smacked that thing into the walls, furniture and floor dozens of times and no damage and still fly's great. Amazing!!

I assume you are saying the Syma S107 sucks huh? I would cool it a bit with the heli juice for a few weeks until you come back up for air Dang....another one is hooked

IIRC, it is their "big" S033G, though there is much concern about SYMA's big toys. I still think that their S107G is the crown of their product line. Check their web site yourself:

Jake, instead of posting it here, why don't you Private Message (PM) the seller above and get a better response. (Click on the envelope icon in his posting).

No apologies necessary, Jake. I just want to make that suggestion so that you would get the seller's attention and not miss out on the deal if you want it. Seller has cross post in several threads and may not see your offer. PM will get his direct attention.
