That's just an inexpensive park flyer system.

Not compatible with FASST.

Are you kidding ? If it really is not FASST compatible then it is an utterly daft concept. It strands users so that when they want to upgrade Tx they need all new Rx, which means there is no brand lock-in. Why would any mfr do such a thing ?

hi DougV. I think is a expensive Park Flyers sistem, the Spektrum have full range, and a aditional chanel with the same price!

this radio is like Hobby King 2.4, but four times more price.

Is not compatible with FASST, because use FHSS techonology, same made by Corona, so i think its a Corona Park Flyer sistem in a Futaba Case for $ 99.

Regarts

The manual says to never use a "dry battery" on the Rx. What do they mean by that?

Cheers,

Earl

Hi Earl,
That's an old term for non rechargeable primary batteries, such as Doooracells and Engeezers
I fly Futaba, but sometimes I wonder about their lack of marketing savvy

Thanks. Why would they give such a warning? The radio is for a small sailboat, crashing is not an issue, 100 meters range is plenty.

Cheers,

Earl
