>>> Forum Guidelines: PLEASE READ before posting in the garage sale area!

Please read before posting...

Guidelines for posting in the "garage sale/large lot" area:

The garage sale forum is only for large lot ads that consist of items that cannot be logically combined into a single FS/W forum. This area is for garage sale, house cleaning, and/or estate sale listings. Please do not post listings of multiple items that could be categorized into one of the more descriptive forums.
______________________________

Examples:

1) You have a large lot of receivers to sell -- this listing most logically fits in the “radio systems” FS/W forum since all items could be combined into one descriptive forum...(exception: you want to sell as one large lot at one set price)

2) But, if you are selling a large lot of receivers, engines, planes, etc., the “garage sale” forum is the place!

______________________________

Also, please do not duplicate your ad (from another forum) to the garage sale area, as this violates the rule "cross-posting". If you would like to sell your items as one large lot or simply list a large list of unrelated items, please only post your ad in the “garage sale” forum.

Thank you,
Garret H

I noticed this too. Several threads are already posted wrong and one is debating an ebay sell that has nothing to do with RCG. This is going to get this new thread killed.

With the amount of threads listing and the amount of Items being listed in each thread I think that for this section only when something is posted the thread should go to the top of the list.

I'm not sure what you mean? When it goes to the top of the list is a function of how you have your preferences setup.

I also think it should be mandatory to post prices for the items. Everytime you pm someone for a price on something, they come back with a price. Why not require them to post it. PMing is a waste of time just to get a price. IMHO

I couldn't agree more but really kind of moot given RCG doesn't require a price.
