I get excited to fly anything, be it Air Hogs, Parkzone Ultra-Micros, Sailplanes & Heli's, so I'm looking forward to flying the Airbus. I just wished they made a 747-400, so I can modify it into the YAL-1A Airborne Laser. I worked on that program for 8 years and the aircraft shotdown a missile on Thursday. Thanks for the question.

Going back to your previous question. One day I went to Apollo XI flying field at the Sepulveda Basin in Van Nuys, CA. and there were several EFlite Airliners. I'll tell you, those jets were great to watch, especially the formation flying. Here's few pics and a video I found from the Apollo XI field.

Check out the near miss at 47 secs:

I can't take credit for the video, it's just one I discovered on You Tube of the EDF jets I saw at the Apollo XI flying field.

Tony and Evelyn,

It was awesome to spend the morning flying with you! Gorgeous day in Sunny California! Add RC EDFs and airplanes across the sky and it's a perfect day! Enjoy your Airbus A380! GREAT flying with you!

Pete - Thank you for inviting us down. I couldn't agree more... what an awesome day! Great weather (82 F), flying and fellowship with you and all the pilots we met at the Whitter Narrows Field. I was truly an honor for us to fly with you. You sure can fly the heck out of a Heli.

As you call them, "Sky Dominators" (RC Aircraft) were ripping up the sky! Here's a few pics from the morning. Pete really put the A380 through it's paces, flying scale...of course!

All the best,
Tony

WOW, I am really getting more impressed with this Airbus A380 model. However, I think that I am going else where. Was looking at Banana Hobby, but from reading there thread and feedback the list of complaints travels far. While I can dismiss a lot of this, I cannot dismiss their F rating by the BBB list over 200 complaints. Can be viewed at: http://www.la.bbb.org/Business-Repor...bby--100075745. I see quite a few people bragging about the BH RTF version... Since I have a new JR X9503 that works great, I think I would rather go Receiver Ready.

I was looking at another, but the moderator who reported me in violation I had to take the links down. However, this does really help me make my decisions as to where to buy and not to buy. The reason was listed as excess postings of ads.

I have ordered a few planes from BH and have had no problems with the orders. All were sent out pretty quick and arrived as described. If I was looking to order an A380 Airbus, I would not hesitate to order from BH again. Just my experience.
