Laerke plans

Do you know if these plans are exact or if they take a 3mm planking into consideration. Am building a laerke plug using foam cutouts of the shadows, and it needs to be exact. Do I need to add 3mm to the lines?

Given that the bow and stern touch the waterline I would guess these are the external lines and so you need to reduce by whatever planking thickness you choose.

Can anyone confirm?

It seems the Laerke is a pretty boat of classic shape. Having been derived from an IOM, does it perform as well as a reduced Marblehead plan or something conceived for the RG65. It seems that current designs aim for at least 1000g displacement, equivalent to a scaled IOM.
