Man, I gotta tell you, I could develop an ego problem here - really, I appreciate all the compliments. Y'all are too kind!

This is just the second TM-only video I've done. Flying days are hard to come by during the winter and early spring - and when they do come, it's not always easy to convince someone to come out and hold a camera for 30 minutes. Took me a couple months to get enough footage.

This is still my first TM. It was my birthday present last July. It survived the training process in-tact. The wings have folded twice, but only when I got a little too "excited" on a hand-launch. 20-minutes later and with some epoxy and tape, it was back in the air. The only deviation from stock is thicker landing gear wire and the cockpit cabanes are held on with a rubber band instead of screws. The nice thing about the airplane is that you can see the nicks, scratches and cracks up close, but not when it's far away and flying. It really ain't pretty, but it gets the job done - it's a workhorse. It settles my nerves down when the Switchback flying gets a little hairy.

Hey Mike, I'm using a Sony Digital camera, firewire port to download to Pinnacle Studio v8. Very easy to use software.

Great video Sno.
I recently discovered it's a lot easier to go inverted with half an outside loop vs. inside.
Just push the stick up & leave it up - the Moth won't go beyond the level inverted point. (at least mine won't).

Would you suggest a Moth as a good second plane after learning on a slowstick?

I know you asked for Sno's opinion, but I'd like to bump in and say yes! The moth has gotten *many* people on their way to wonderful success in the hobby - I've heard that some folks are doing loops and inverted 3in off the deck after less than a month of flying with their moth. It's slow, easy, and with lipo's (like most other small planes) can go on for as long as you want.
And, that's on their first plane. As a second plane, you'll be fine. I just recommend all (or at least some) of the mods suggested here on the zone such as flying wires, upgarded landing gear, upgraded wing struts, CF LE, etc. Just be sure to kep the weight down
After both of those planes, you'd be ready for ailerons! But, that's a completely different story
