Just awesome scenery and flying, AGAIN!
Couple questions:
What battery are you flying for the 38 there?
Was it hard to get a foamy into Israel with you or did you build it there? (curious on how hard is to travel internationally with a foamy)

Thank you for the kind words guys!

RC, I'm using 1,300mah, 3s Li-pos in that one. In the 40"ers I use anything between 1,300-2,200mah. The 2,200s are a little heavy, but make the 40"ers fly like an IMAC machine and I really like that feel.

It wasn't hard at all to take it over there. I just checked the cardboard box that it came in on the airline and built it there.

i've never tried a 2200 on the 40". I'll have to try that. I've been using 1000 and 1300s in the 40s and 2200 in the 48".

I've never owned a dw yet but I have a micro 4site and a beast I'm willing to take the electronics from so I was thinking about a micro juka for the 4site electronics and a micro skua for the beast components. Will these components work well or should I do something different? I love depron foamies, especially my 32" pocket knife, just looking for something smaller for the backyard.

If you are using 2200 batts in your 40 incher and flying it like an IMAC ship, What rates are you using on your transmitter, as IMAC planes do not have control surfaces as HUGE as the 3 D foamies?

I always have 3 rates. IMAC, Freestyle and 3D respectively are about:

Ail ele rud
30 20 35
35 45 50
45 60 55/elevator to elevator
(Degrees of throw) I'm running between 15-25% Expo depending on the surface and rate.
