OK. I just wasn't sure if he was saying that the 38's were better than the 34's (which would make sense since I didn't know about how the 28's fly).

Yes. I think that was mainly a comparison between the small stuff. I'd have to imagine the 38 is better in the wind than the 28s and pro kits because My 40 juka rocks in the wind.

I just got back from another raven outdoor flight. It does get pushed around in the wind. Not bad but you can see it bouncing around. It's a great flier for early morning or late night flights when there is little wind.

Sounds like the 28" will be my next purchase.

They are capable of slowing down, right?

Disaster saved!! Keep an eye on your motor mounts guys. I was noticing a lil vibration through my airframe the other day while flying my 48" yak55, looked it over and didn't notice anything and just now I was putting some batteries on charge and picked up the plane and gave it a look over and noticed that the motor had a decent wiggle.

I started taking screws out of the firewall and I was getting motor mount ears with each screw, 3 to be exact. Poor motor was hanging on by 1 bent motor mount ear. Luckily I have a piece of aluminum sitting here that is slightly thicker and i'm whipping out a little custom mount now.

finally got around to building my revo!! it was my first time building a bipe,it was a lot easyer than I thoght! it builds super fast just like every other DW and it looks awesome with the decals! I got the negative vynil lol,its suppost to be the other way around but i like it better this way ill try to get a video this weekend when I do the maiden.

p.s I think I need more rudder

No, it's a challenge to get this plane to sit down slowly enough out of a harrier to keep it from doing an endo and going rudder over prop. Mike said leave it as is since we don't want gear getting too rigid on there and busting up the fuse coming in to hot or whatever. So, we just deal with trying different harrier landings which all end up relativeley the same. We would prefer belly landing but the gear is essential because the plane is too big for Aaron to launch by hand...

Gotcha. I'm just getting comfy enough flying without gear to start hover catches.
