I love those HXT 900s. have them on a 450 heli, my DW and my (deceased) R.I.P. Stryker. Never a servo failure in almost 2 years, except for a Heli pitch servo (from a nasty crash). Great servos for the $$.

I extended them a little to get that much throw,it actually dosent need that much throw on the ailerons.Im thinking of going back to the stock arms to get more torque and less deflection.

Thanks for the advice Mark. Does 60kv really make that much difference? I know very little about these electric motors, but I figured 60kv was negligible.

Was over at Mike's house yesterday checking out some new stuff he has in the works. I love his drive and creativity. He's constantly evolving his designs, updating them, improving the way they build, etc.

Can't wait to get my new 48" BAF soon.. Can't say what it is though.. Not yet anyway.

now that's not very cool

Mike's a great guy. I wish he'd come out to Colorado for the Rocky Mountain 3D throw down. I'd love to meet him.

I'm almost done with the 48 yak 54. This thing is larger than it looks. Cannot wait to fly it.
