I ordered 8ea. 10 x 32 x 3.25" stainless allenhead bolts at a cost of $41.00 from http://www.mmsacc-stainless.com in Rydal, Georgia. (800-441-9451) 2 phone calls and 3 e-mails to the vendor with no answers or response in 9 days. Unknown if the order is shipped or ?? Calls were during business hours. I'm beginning to suspect fraud or just plain theft. Complaint is now lodged with the Atlanta BBB and PayPal. I just need my money back but I'd advise anyone considering this business to be wary. The sad part being it took me 8 hours to find a vendor that has this length of bolt in a 10 x 32 with an allenhead.
Nothing else would work is why the order. It's not the money as much as it's the failure to reply. Good communication from seller to buyer or vice versa is a must!
The Vendor repaid my PP account ASAP the by the next morning. Strange how fast they repaid the account but wouldn't respond to 3 e-mails and 2 calls. Go figure.
