New Kyosho 25" range models...

I was surfing around the kyosho web site this evening and came across these two new models. They seem to come from the same factory as the 25" e-flite P40 (which kyosho now have), so maybe these will be the new models we should be expecting in the e-flite range? I must say, I thought they look better than they do!

What do you guy's think, please say if this is old news, I was looking for a little rc travel fighter, but maybe I missed this thread on these new ones already?

I have not seen any buzz on them. Would be cool to see more in this size range.

Very nice! I'd really like to see more planes in this size. I also like that they are pretty scale in shape/appearance. I like my P-40, so hopefully these are just as good, and maybe we'll see them for Horizon soon.

Hey Turbonut if you are reading this. I'll take the 109.

Thats my point, they both actually come from the same factory, TN models or something like that I understand. So I suspect these will be the next models we see from eflite, or at the very least we cn take it from that the P40 won't be the last.

But like tommy D, I'm a little concerned over the size. Dora so yours flies well then? Like a mini Alfa?

Ok I'm with you now, wasn't aware Kyosho were selling the P40 under their own name. I suppose just having one model in that size doesn’t make for a great profit margin, a couple more in the line up that share some common parts could help keep them in production. Haven't kept up in the warkhawk thread but being a small model as well as a scale warbird, would kind of suggest it would be a handful to fly, but hey, it sure is cute, you can't have too many spitfires.

Me too but I need something smaller that can pack away into its own box that is smaller enough to take on board and aircraft as hand lugguage.

Awesome find Stuart!!!!

The E-Flite P-40 is not the easiest flying plane but I just love the small size and easy portability. Someone mentioned talking to HH at a show in Nov (?) and got the rep to "smile" when the work Axis plane asked as the next plane. I certainly hope these are the next E-Flite. If not, I'm getting the Kyosho. Seems like one of the RC mags let the cat out of the bag in July with the E-Flite P-40 and now Kyosho let this leak.

My "Warkhawk" is getting dinged up pretty good so would love reinforcements so it can get some rest

This size is perfect for my summer on-the-way-to-work flying as I can take the wings off and put the whole plane in my big cooler to survive the summer TX heat in the car.

Where was the link to those Spit and 109E? I'm wondering it the scale 3 bladed prop will still work on 10A esc with 2S lipo?

I just went to KyoshoAmerica site and saw a "coming soon" aiRium Cub in 21 inch wingspan...not a Warbird but still means more plane in this size. The E-Flite P-40 was also branded aiRium with a different paint and decal scheme.

I agree, they do look very nice in the photo.

I would just need some micro retracts on mine!
